I mean, in real life people is in polygamous relationships and they make it work. So, if there is proper communication and all parties are fine with it I don't think It's necessarily bad.

True, that's why whenever there's this type of manga, I hope they can stay as 3 people ...because it's manga, there's no strict boundaries
