I read this a long time ago but it was a manhwa about this girl who was a delinquent who after getting into a car accident, and with the help of a soul reaper possessed the comatose body of this really pretty rich girl, who I believe was Arum. The main character ends up falling in love with this rich guy who bullied Arum at school and later on they end up dating. However Arum's spirit also possesses the heroine's body after awhile and guilt trips the delinquent girl's friends who had previously found out that they switched bodies into kidnapping the heroine. Arum's body dies in a car crash and the heroine's spirit returns to her own body but she forgot the time she was possessing Arum's body. Later on the heroine falls in love with the rich guy again in her original body, and through a series of dramatic events overcomes various obstacles and achieves a happy ending.
