i need help!

i need to find this bl/yaoi where the seme is the son of a doctor and takes over his clinic and meets this tan skinned uke who is really beat up. the seme’s best friend keeps trying to convince him to come to a work meeting (?) to get promoted (?) but he kept becoming more and more focused/entangled/in love with the uke, and he was trying to save him from the boss/gang he was tangled up with. the uke was a busboy at an illegal gambling bar where even the police gambled at, so there was no use in reporting it. i don’t wanna give too much away if somebody finds it and there are other that want to read it. it was fully colored btw.
