Well in this chapter, it was shown that he is strong and athletic by scaling down the wall w/ Maomao in tow. Eunuchs doesn't need to be strong. It just shows that he was given training at a young age for even making himself feminine in physique doesn't affect his skills.
It's heavily hinted in the chapters about Consort Aduo that she's his mother and she had swapped babies, so he's really the emperor's first son rather than younger brother. Whether all parties (Jinshi, emperor, Consort Aduo) know the whole story or not is unknown, but there's a possibility that all of them suspect it if nothing else. For now, he's pretty much accepted by the emperor as his younger brother and been ordered for whatever secret reason to manage the harem while disguised as a eunuch.
idk if my deduction skills from detective conan was awakened while reading this but i just KNEW from the start the thing abt jinshi. it's not that obvious and it isn't given but i just knew he has to be that!!!! i had fun reading this. i want more chaps pls huhuヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
