Ok so basically. Keith DID sleep with someone at the party when MC was sick.
And he DID sleep with ALL the people on the lists after the "break up"
And the ONLY reason he is forced to run after the MC is because of the mark.

I don't think that no one knows, Grayson talked about it before, just it's rarer than when an alpha marks an omega.
So i am confused. When the MC was sick (when he thought Keith loved him). Keith said was found making out with an omega and he told the MC he was coming back from a party. Did he cheat then or was he not able to get hard ?
And when the MC "broke up" and the Keith would go back to his list of people to sleep with, did he or not slept with them?
Or was it after the MC ran away that Keith couldnt get hard?
OR did Keith slept with people all this time BUT had to think of MC to get hard before getting to business
