It's the original timeline, where Shuli was never fully accepted from the household and eventually died.

I think it's the aftermath of Shuli going back in time but I'm not really sure.

Ohara visited Shuli to lie and say that Jeremy didn’t want her at the ball. She’s doing it because she’s insecure about her position as Jeremy’s wife. I think she may have noticed his feelings for her. Shuli is heartbroken and decides to leave to one of their far away estates without letting anyone know. She only takes two guards and the only people who knew was her maid and her knight (and maybe the butler?). Her knight talks about it to his childhood friend (kid with the creepy wife eyes gaze) not knowing he’s a spy for the cardinal. The cardinal then brings the news to his groupies and the high priest and they plan to kill Shuli and blame it on Jeremy. This is the start of their plan to take back control and have the church become the highest power. I believe they’re planning to start some kind of war too to accomplish this. I’m not too sure about those details. Meanwhile, the kids have grown up and are regretting what they did to her. They planned to apologize at the wedding and call her mom instead of fake mom. Jeremy obviously found out and is delaying the wedding until she gets there. I think he suspects O’Hara did something to Shuli. If I remember the spoilers, he does blame O’Hara and doesn’t go through with the wedding. However, they realize Shuli has already left and soon they found out that she’s been killed by “bandits” at the wedding. These bandits were mercenaries hired to kill Shuli. To make it worse, they told the mercenaries to basically mutilate her body so badly that no one will recognize it. Basically unnecessary overkill. However, I think it’s to display that whoever killed her has immense hate against her (ie jeremy). Nora is in some kind group that answers only to the king I believe and he is ordered to investigate it. I think the king believe something fishy is going on here. I hope that covered everything from these past four chapters. Please add if I missed something.

It's a flashback. The latest chapters' colors were dimmed than the usual color palette, which shows that it is a glimpse of what happened before she returned.
