Thanks for being honest. I do think that what he is doing is wrong, but you can’t really blame him that much for the way he is being treated. He’s only human.
Lancel seems kinda okay (well not okay since he give her cold milk and always feed her harshly, but somehow he also take care of FL quite well like help her burp or put her down to play when she seems bored)
But i can't tolerate the maid, a baby obviously got her hand bleeding and she refused to give the medicine, wtf

not to sound mean, but if I was there to take care of mc, i prob will act like lancel too tho, I don't like kid but ofc I don't hate them but they're annoying. I will act like lancel too bcs i get paid really low just to take care of two kid
