I felt the medicine thing was good at first, becuase it went really well with the character, and it became something she loved. But right now it's derailed a little and the last incident (didn't even show the horses) was like 2 noble houses ago, where the servant got sick with wild boar meat... Oh well. Hope to see more of the medicine trait soon.
Maybe it’s the short hair but as someone who reads yaoi (mainly because I get annoyed at cliche fls), the mc in this is indeed cute! I also like how the artist of this manhwa is teasing us with ‘sexy panels’ just the right amount.
My only peeve with this is the oversimplified depiction of medicine practice cuz it feels like a “forced” trait of the mc to be “special” in the eyes of the archduke.
Her jolliness amidst adversity and slavery (plus tomboyishness) is enough charm for me
