I mean this manga can be a pretty realistic scenario, so anything is possible, but this only works bc it's the characters in this manga, as it won't work for everyone lol. It IS possible that someone's crush might end up liking them if they followed this manga, and at the same time it probably won't work. I mean I've seen this kind of thing happen irl
