
Hmm sure though it might be a bit difficult to do for a normal person as for me I don't feel the physical need for hunger hahaha, so for me I chose to cut down on all snacks to only fridays and saturdays and only really eat in general when needed so basically just ate the needed amount to function like a yogurt with nuts for breakfast etc, also as it was summer at the time and really hot i decided to go outside more, be it just a couple of hours a day and either ride my bike or go hiking on mountain paths, I used to hate sweating as it always makes me uncomfortable but It eventually felt good to feel that burn and get past the first feeling of tiredness you get, especially when you feel a cool breeze. Now that it's winter I usually do the plank and some knee bends and pushups just to keep my body going, also I do some walks up old postroads and stuff in the mountains as the coolness feels nice, I have noticed ive gained alot of stamina and energy in general now which is fun and ive almost gone down 2 sizes which means I need new clothes hahaha
Shes waifu. I used to be as big as her until I pulled myself together and managed to loose 30 kilos in a few months, now I'm planning to loose 10 more hahaha
