so basically the mc's father killed his wife aka mc's mother. mc witnessed the scene and the father manipulated him to believe it was him that committed murder. so as he grew up he found himself to be guilty all the time and was looking for ways to punish himself which is why he's having all these orgies. when he found out he wasn't guilty, he stopped ig. no they are not half brothers, they're step brothers since they have different dads and moms
