Looking for manga

Looking for manga about an ex-yakuza who ran away to the countryside and opened up a tea(?) shop. One of his underlings came with him and they run it together. The shop doesnt really get much business and the way hes introduced to the other MC is hes asleep in a chair while reading. Eventually the yakuza come looking for him because of debts or something like that
