Servants can be attractive and can also attend balls depending on the occasion and their position- which i thought was common knowledge-
The thing that Does prove how...hm, naive is the best way to put it without being too insulting, she is, would be that it is highly unusual for a servant to dress like that, and if they do, they probably hold important positions too(i think you're forgetting that some nobles were servant too) so they'd dress good on a day to day basis as well.
However his dress is a bit toO shiny, but that can just be chucked up to the artist. I would have to observe how others in different positions dress as well to be certain.
Yeah but most of the time servants can't go to balls so I just went with that. But they do go to tea parties and some noble hangouts. If we start talking about how servants can be nobles I never really thought of that change my mind about the situation. But I did know male nobles would be servants bc every other story I have read so far its female (kinda sexist). Thats new knowledge for me guess or maybe I never noticed it. I also get that servants can be handsome but there always the puppy eyes ones so I never thought of it like that. I still think that he a lot of power though don't know what rank or anything I just feel it. If he doesn't by the time figure out who he is you can come after me. Inalso feel like they give noble male servant to people like the crown prince of emperor of just they have to be really high you in social status.

Oh wait don't get me wrong i am 99% sure he's either the emperor or the crown prince, it's just that i can _sort_ of understand her not knowing since the the points i previously mentioned were obvious to me as a reader but probably not from her perspective as someone who just recently transmigrated.
She read the book so she should know about or since she been there for long she forgot about the plot of the story she read. Like she could have forgotten how he looked like or if he pretend to be a servant in the original story line. Or she could just be stupid
