I know there's an anime. But don't know if it goes all the way to the end of the story, afterall there are so many anime that end halfway.

He propose to her again.. that's the end of the anime I think .... honestly I really really like it but I heard it's not a happy ending... I don't get it tho . . It's comedy romance but the ending it's sad...
Well i heard what happens at the VERY END and it's REALLY sad.
Shurrei ends up marrying long haired silver guy ( king ) but....
She dies giving birth to a daughter. Her husband never remarries out of grief and raises the daughter by himself. (︶︿︶)
