It is probably a one volume story with only 5 chapters. In these cases it is normal to have a break-up, misunderstand or some such drama by the end of Chapter 3. Chapter 4 will be the fixing and forgiving everything and getting back together. And Chapter five is the "happily ever after" chapter or an extra story of someone else. Unless these is a chapter 5.5 in which case the make-up chapter may be 5.
Basically, one-volume stories do tend to move faster than normal.
