I thought so too but in previous chapters when they're in school it says August is a male in his 30s so probably not. He'll be in his 50s...which makes me doubt the white hair dude though. It isn't the starr guy because they're the same age (and moreover he's hanhoo"s cousin bro) i hope it's not him because he's hot and has that yandere personality hahahaha
