It uses the traditional east asian aging system but that would still only make them 1 year old at birth, therefore;
Uke is born very close to January 1st (where every january 1st every baby ages by one, e.g. a baby is born at December 31st and they are, by the system, considered 1 yr old, so when it turns January 1st, they are 2 years old) therefore making it look like said person is 2 years older than the actual age
Dude said he was 32. The younger guy is supposedly 12 years younger. He would be at least 20 and that's over the minor age so what's the fuss?
