That is what Oda is trying to achieve perhaps..did you notice that when luffy first landed on zou, he calls everyone's names and then caesar's in a small voice..there's more stuff like that to make caesar more likeable i guess...but i'll never forgive that useless guy, he plays with innocent children's lives and does whatever he's told as long as he's threatened, disgusting cowardly creature..I loathe him.
Well base on that i wont too. Though i think caesar intelligence is being pampered, kind of spoiled, that he wont hesitate for whatever to achieve his research goal. Typical Scientist. Just this last chapter 812, he said that he get big mama to sponsor his research a huge fund then he blow them up, cause he thinks they wont be able to harm him because doflamingo protects him and now rhat doflamingo is likely to be in jail (theres not really any confirmation if hes on the impel down or saved by his comrade or snatched by blackbeard) he dont have a back up anymore. He just blurted that out. Hes a coward villain and im sorry i find him cute. Maybe yes oda is making him easy on our eyes for us to set aside a while what he just did (though if you asked me, i dont think thats it cause oda is awesome, he knows the human setting that every characterbis oh so true to otself like a living being, being able to express a certain attitude without the character going out of his supposed to be attotude based on how it has been introduced to us )
Personally I dislike Caesar (he's smart and funny but also an horrible person; coward, selfish, cruel, annoying)... but anything could happen. :)
All depends on character development
Btw. As time goes by, i’d like caesar to officially join strawhat crew and i dont know why.
