The father is insensitive but I can see he cares for the twins, just that he is dumb like why would the twins miss their mum who tortured them, that is not very pog of you emperor, now the twins, there are not wrong in what they are doing, just because they transmigrated in the past with their memories does not mean they must act corresponding with the maturity in their memories, Their world is new, their body is new, and what matters is the now, them having memories does not mean they can''t act the way of what their age is, If they're 10 years old with memories of their past life let them behave like a 10 yr old.
