No, if I remember correctly the narration said something along the lines of “Choso remembered something that had never happened” and during that part when Sukuna went to make fun of itadori for losing he stopped and looked confused

I just reread chapter 116. The part were Sukuna is talking to the cursed spirit before it dies seems important. That so far is the only part of the story were Sukuna has shown genuine understanding and soft heartedness for another being. Now I maybe reaching with this one but hear me out. What if this is a sign of Sukuna and Itadori's souls starting to fuse? I just don't see anyway Sukuna would actually show this type of behavior towards another being. Iirc we have seen Itadori show some sense of compassion towards curses that show human characteristics like the dying cursed spirt did there. Then the cursed spirt ask Sukuna why is he saying all this, and that's when we see the Sukuna we know and love return , in addition to him saying "Who knows. I have no idea." Not sure if that got the point I was trying to make across but yeah something like that lol.
