Tsugumi gets into his heat while glasses dude, Megumi, and Tsugumi’s family goes to the water park. And while Tsugumi and glasses dude is changing, a Tsugumi went into his heat. And asked if glasses dude was a alpha or not, and the glasses guys nodded his head no. So hopefully glasses dude is a beta! I’m not 100% sure about my prediction though.

I think it's an alpha'cause the megane boy looks kinda affected by the pheromones and that's why Megumi ask his fathers in law their approval about marking Tsugumi's neck... I think
So from what I could translate the guy in glasses is an alpha but pretending to be a beta and when the uke is in the locker room with him, the uke goes into heat and the guy in glasses falls on top of him and almost tried to bite his neck. Which in the end of the chapter the uke and seme decide to become official pairs
I think you're rigth because Tsugumi said to Megumi that the glasses's guy is more likely to be an alpha since he react to his pheromones and loose control
