These guys are the American people from something like ch 97 (they were the ones with the prophet lady that could make people stronger). Christopher Red is the white guy with blonde hair that is the head of a guild (often wore weird shirts and is the one that took an S ranked Korean guy and the one that just died, also a nation grade hunter). The pic that was shown to Jinwoo was his father (the guy that killed Christopher). And the guy in the beginning of the chapter isn't really anyone important, he was introduced like 3 or 4 chapters ago and so far his only purpose is to die. Hope this helped a little
