Come to think of it, he's been calling Yi Yun "Yiyi" and not 'dad'. He also calls himself as Yiyi's baby, I guess it just never crossed his mind(?) most probably because Yiyun always refer to him as his baby. I think it's kinda similar to that time i was in 1st grade, my classmate didn't know his mom's name bc it never occured to him that his mom has a name.
