I think all countries have their own taste tbh like we can't just calling out that koreans generally like this genre its more of the idea going with this concept brings more depth and interest to readers. Like if everything was fluff it would be boring but adding a little bit of twist and angst brings in more readers tbh. Let's just hope that the flow won't go wrong or the ending makes sense for all characters
