I haven't read this one and i scanned through the first one but i did see a piece of it.
This is definitely rape. He was taking advantage of the fact that the uke was finding himself.
Tbh because manga is fiction i personally dont mind. I usually ignore it.
I think people should read the tags and warnings
although unfortunately some dont have them but yeah i agree

if you're referring to me, I read the first one, Renai, when it first came out. I loved it. It was this author's first book, she poured her heart into it. It's a long, complicated story that must have taken her ages to work out. She even tries to have a theme. I can't believe the low attitudes of some of people.
Lost Virgin is a perfect example of the hypocrisy of those who vehemently protest against everything they consider rape. This story is sweet and sexy. The art is fabulous. Yet it has all the elements the sjw's call rape, and not a single one of them has ever said it was rape. In fact they can't stop raving about how cute and wonderful it is. The seme gets violent with the uke. The seme talks him into the sex. The uke says, "No, Stop, and Wait," several times. In the second sex scene the uke doesn't consent and protests against having sex.
It's a sweet pleasurable read. Everyone loves it. No one disapproves, and it's highly rated. It proves that as long as they like it, not one of you will call it rape. Deal with your own hypocrisy.
