I am pretty sure it's Eros, since his name is derived from Eros the son of the goddess Aphrodite that wanted gim to destroy Psyche out of jealousy but he ended up falling in love w her
Honestly, the Story of Eros and Psyche was the first thing that came to my mind when I read that the blonde's name was Psyche, but because the translators used Iaros for so long only to suddenly switch it up, I became confused.
Is the Prince's name Iaros or Eros? Because then the meaning of his name changes, so does the symbolism with which I read this story. Does anyone have the verified answer?
