I think it's been more than a couple of days. More like a week or more since he's seen Keith because Yeonwoo was pretty banged up, stabbed (?) with a badly bruised eye. It wasn't explained how he even got THAT wounded. In this chapter he is pretty much healed with no visible bruising. Unless, the characters have super heaIing properties??? I think the author just isn't good making the timeline clear to the readers which is why it's so confusing which makes it feel like we're missing chapters.

You explained it perfectly. I just started thinking ...how did his injuries heal so fast? Basically concluded that the author is purposely trying to confuse us all. It's probably been a year for them already
