I can see why people got creeped out by the age difference since hs boy is probably minor but tbh the story itself is not realistic at all (falling asleep on someone's chest,waking up in the in their house later, eating food together, becoming their personal chef, living in the same apartment, having no sense of personal space etc.) so don't forget it is fiction
