In their previous life, why would she be mad at her sister just because she's sick and her sister is not? Who does she think pays the bills? Stupid enough to ask the isekai deity to let her sister reincarnate in the villain's body because she knows that has a tragedy route? Revenge for exactly what reasons? Omg all those medicinal drugs injected in her made her super crazy. I can't really understand her logic.
