Since the uke kept taking the seme for granted, I would have LOVED if another character had entered the story, had flirted with the seme and had made the uke question his own choices and reflect about the duties you have towards a lover when you’re in a relationship. I think the author focused too much on the uke and his past but didn’t really care about showing us the seme’s story and development.
P.S. that d*ck of a best friend needs a love interest, I would have liked to see that too.
