Looking for this...

I have been trying to find a yaoi story on here for ages but I can't find it. I have read if before but I forgot to mark it >.< It's about a guy who tries to hang himself from a tree and ends up losing his memory, only to be found by a guy who works in a shrine with his brother. They take him in and look after him while he tries to get his memory back and the younger brothers gets attracted to him but also has an ongoing affair with his old school teacher (I think) I might be wrong as I have not read it in a while.
