This manga is pretty much up to date with what's already published in Japan. This current chapter came out in Japan 2 weeks ago. Reading the raws is sort of pointless.
You're right that reading the raws is sort of pointless, but they have there already the translation for the current chapter before it got uploadet on mangago. It's not a translation from a group so some mistakes can happen but it's better then nothing.
Uhmm does anybody know the site where there are raw chapters, but if you point the arrow to the speech in the bubble, there's a English translation on the side that appears. I forgot it. I use to read advance chapters of this there.
