Probably because the maid will have some kind of bigger role in this manwha yet to come.
I'm pretty sure that she's just for a comedic effect. But we'll never know since the artist has already tweaked quite a few details of the novel in this manhua.

That wouldn't makes sense especially since he took so much effort to hide his skills when he trained and then casually talk about killing a king in front of her!
