its been a while since i've finished the story so i might not remember the tiny details but in the end, they'll live happily ever after. Literally!!! This two would make u feel single all the time. In addition, the son of duke taran will be close to fl and she treats him as her own son(the fluff!!!) And also they will have their daughter

lucia's infertility is treated against her will unknowingly to her. her maid anna met with the taran family doctor (who gave lucia the treatment method in her previous life) and he gave anna the treatment method with a motive. lucia realises that its the treatment due to the smell of the medicine and refused it. anna goes to the doctor again and he gives her the same treatment but this time without the smell. Anna gives this to lucia lying to her about the nature of the medicine which cured her infertility. the doctor lied to the duke about what it took for him to have a child (the actual method involves mugwort and the medicine -- which lucia took. all of this results in lucia getting pregnant. the duke figures it out there's a little miscommunication. he then hunts down the doctor for the truth. in the end everyone is happy and healthy. lucia has a daughter which the Duke and damien adore.
