I'll based it in my common sense lol I saw the raw and basically baby Mijeong was left in the train alone and it traumatised him.

oh is it? poor baby mi jeong anyway i knew it was related to train thing hahahahhaa also with the way he feels for his family also kinda questionable. seems like he was forced to be there
so my brain suddenly worked and i had this thought (might be wrong tho andjdjejsk) okay so, mi jeong was reminded of his bad trauma or some sort when he was in the train for the trip right? and he spent his childhood with his grandparents. i think his bad trauma is about him being force to separate from his grandparents to live with his parents. maybe he was tricked into going on a trip with his grandparents when he was a kid and then realised that it was actually him moving to live with his parents hmmmmmm
