These are both muslim names. One is Haider (Ha- pronounced like you do in have/had and der pronounced like the part after o in other) meaning lion/brave and the other is Rashid (Raa and shid is pronounced like ship but with a soft d) meaning wise one or being on the right path.

I found this: حيدر but it means الأسد، الجميل، السمين according to wikipedia.
حيدر is the correct reading of the name Haider. These basically mean lion/the brave one. the rightful one etc.
الأسد translates to the lion
The other name reads راشد in Arabic (Rashid, or Rachid as you translated it). The meanings are the same as the ones I mentioned in the above comment.
The other person's name that I translated as Heidar... I just wrote it as it is in Japanese... didn't find any arabic name close enough to fit... but again, if someone can try to guess...
