From what I read from the raws, it seems that hwan had the same encounter with moony just like sunny with chiwoo... But that smirk after chiwoo comforted hwan saying he's sorry for making hwan feel like chiwoo was avoiding him that made him agree to moony's pact on granting him a wish if they did what is asked of them ... But damn that smirk was hella sus i CANT... Ah I feel bad for chiwoo... His love for hwan is pure but hwan's might have a different meaning.... I hope that's not the case ...
