That's what I thought as well. I mean, especially since she's been in that world since the birth of Roxanna, more than a decade already, it's only normal for a person to change.
And Kassis said the same with that any person wouldn't be able to keep their sanity if staying there for a long time.
She doesn't seem like a person from earth or a reincarnated fl.. or she probably just lost her "real self" for staying in that hellish house.
Anyway she's so gorgeous, she's the most beautiful female lead I have ever seen.
