how is enjoying sex out in the open where other people who are minding their business and just wanna go get some groceries or home to sleep or, god forbid, children, can see you normal? does it sound normal to wanna fuck while potentially inconveniencing other people or exposing your indecency to victims that did not consent to seeing that? doesn't sound normal to e, to want to do something intimate in a non-intimate space.

not trying to insult you or trying to say you are inhuman or anything, but "normal" is a standard society agrees upon and which most members of society agree upon and deem appropriate. most countries and cultures forbid indecent exposure like outdoor sex, which means it's normal to NOT (want to) do that

Yeah, pretty much you are insulting.
Nobody has the right to define "normal".
According to your logic, Gays are not normal because society agrees same sex relationships are an abomination? I could go on and on with examples.
Please understand that there are exhibitionist who flash their genitals for pleasure and others who like the idea of getting caught (obvs. Making sure they are not), and people who like to be seen in a CONSENSUAL environment between all parties.
There's no black and white, to put us all in the same jar and shame us.
Normal...? Yeah, F that.

Uhhh being gay or like seeing two men/women holding hands in public or whatever isn't the same as publicly forcing unsuspecting adults or kids to engage in your fetish/kink. Gay couples existing isn't some indecent sexual act or something lmaooo. Are you trying to insinuate being gay is a fetish or a choice??

Dude... Just what? Publicity forcing adults and kids? What are you talking about???
Also, we are talking about what society considers normal... Many cultures, religions and countries consider same sex an abomination, a fetish or a mental illness.
I'm not insinuating anything, I'm giving you one example of a million. (which is NOT what i believe of think, since nobody should decide who gets to love who regardless of anything).

Doing sexual acts... In public... Where there are people... Means those unsuspecting and unconsenting people are forced to play a part in your "exhibitionism" fetish.
If a dude just walked around in public, naked, because that gets him off - he is forcing the people in public to be a part of his fetish, without their consent. Yes?
I'm glad you agree same-sex attraction isn't fetishistim or deviant but it's very misleading when you put that in the same category as fetishes, as if societies that discriminate against weird kinks is in the same category as gay people.

Normal is a social construct which you just proved by the exact paragraph you had typed. Also pretty fucked up to fetish shame when you read yaoi like the rest of us. Reading Yaoi and enjoying it is after all, a fetish on gay relationships. (I looked at how much yaoi and BL you have in there.) Also, try figuring out how much religion has impacted societal norms and how deep religion has sunk it’s talons into Law and Order. Regardless look at all sorts of shit you consider “normal” and look at a Bible or something like that and compare and contrast sometime. You may find some similarities.

1. i can fetish shame all i want. fetishes are tastes and practices that are not necessities or common. if they were, they wouldn't be fetishes. i shame aspects of this fetish because i am thinking about how the participants do not ask for consent of all participants (innocent bystanders). i can shame the lack of consent, since i think consent is something everyone should respect. you don't agree?
2. my reading yaoi is not based on a fetish and i do not fetishize homosecual relationships. i just like the diversity in the genre and the fact that style plays a huge role there. i have been into erotica art aesthetically for a long time and have come in contact with artists that way already. not my fault a lot of these atalented erotica artists are concentrated in the BL genre. it's weird of you to assume such a fucked up thing. i read and watch lots of italian mafia stories, too. does that mean i fetishize the mafia and organized crime?
3. i am not talking about cultural taboos based on religion, man. i am talking about practices thatare not okay in today's view. pederasty used to be common in greece, japan and other cultures, but from today's point of view they are kinda fucked up (since they usually involved children getting fucked by adult men in order to receive an education). nothing religious there, just a culyural norm we don't agree with anymore bc of the zeitgeist today. and that zeitgeist prioritized sex being a practice between consenting adults.
4. there are lots of kinks i don't agree with (like bdsm, cbt, rape roleplay, ddgl, etc.) because of mental health reasons, but i can't tell consenting adults what to do and what not. i can still disagree with it and say it aloud. in this particular case i am calling out the lack of consent from innocent, unsuspecting bystanders, and how wanting to be seen doing something intimate in a non-intimate space where these unsuspecting people of all ages can fall victim to, is not a common disposition in mentally healthy people who are well integrated into society and think about their actions having consequences for not just them as individuals having a certain hobby, but also for those around them that theor hobby is affecting. that kind of pressure usually makes you anxious and not able to perform. socials consciousness usually operates on guilt (in collectivist societies, it's shame), and those are powerful emotions that dictate how you operate in everyday life. people who are NOT affected by it are usually not well-integrated into society or mentally stable enough to understand and feel all these concepts.
I never understood why people do it in public
