Composed of 2 live action movies. The first is "Mon to Thurs" and the other is Fri to Sun. You can find the subbed version at aarin. :)
Also, kind of off-topic but there is also a drama CD version of this one ("Mon to Thurs" and "Fri to Sun" as well) which features Jun Fukuyama and Yuuichi Nakamura. You can also get it at aarin. :D
I can't remember if I read this already but after I watched the movie and it was so cute I came to read the manga. I love this mangaka and I enjoy all her mangas.
