She's basically forcing her revenge on him. Like the guy's mother just died, he's just a blank slate but she's filling him with hatred for others. He was so vulnerable at that time and she took full advantage of that. Isn't that kind of like what the king did to her. He made her live for so long and develop a loathing for everything around her along with loneliness.
