To start with, the current Saint isn't the same one from the previous timeline, but a girl who was reincarnated into the Saint's body...she died (hello, Truck-san!) in front of the guy she had a crush on. Her initial goal is to beat the game, go back to her world, and confess...but unlike most heroines, she accepts that things are going off script very early and doesn't force the issue.

The tragedy part is that the longer she's in the Saint's body, the more the Saint's memories/personality start to overwrite the transmigrator's...so her soul is dying, and she eventually forgets that she was anyone other than the Saint.

Until much later, when she is reunited with her crush (who transmigrated, too, thanks Truck-san!), and regains her memories..but is still working up to a confession. (￣∇￣")

Wow, at least that’s better than most cliche reincarnated heroine, plus sad the her memories get overwritten by the saint memories, but she gets her mans still hope it’s an happy for all!
