First theory come to my mind was the same as you, that maybe Ren's mother has two name.
The second theory is that the boss said "Julienna" meaning that "why Julienna didn't said him that Sarah would come to Japan (??). If Sarah and Julie are not de same people, maybe they are friends or relatives like other peoples theorized in the previous chapter

I think he said Sarah cause in case yoshiro ask Kyoko about it he has to make mental note to call her that cause maybe it's her stage name and it makes sense the whole making alot of food that ren was off put to it.btwn her and his dad that is a food coma for sure.but remember Kyoko admitted she has someone special and she looked alil sad.Kuu deff told her about Kyoko and she shipped kuon n Kyoko. If she only knew (=・ω・=). So I think it's deff his mom cause he would have a oh shit moment if his new g.f is hanging with his mother that he hasn't seen in years.

I think he meant it in a "who the hell is sarah" kinda way because he sees a pic of his mom and yet kyoko is calling her "Sarah" . That's just my opinion lol
