It's not exactly yaoi. But judging from the raws the author wants this to turn this shoujo into a sort of shounen ai. Apparently the author focused prevalently on giving Aizawa a character's development: turning a total playboy like Aizawa that only likes girls to have sex with them in someone that falls in love for the first time... but with a boy. ^^
