On simpler terms shit hit the fan and its getting out of hand.
In more details from what i understand is that cain still has parts of the bullet fragments in him and most of it is gone so he regained his powers (and a shit load of it too) just not all of it. He would've gotten all of the fragments out of him but he knew that by getting all the fragments out he would kill our dear Uke because they were using his life force or his soul to help cain heal. Cain was like "fuck that i love you too much" and cut the healing process short so that uke won't die. Cain realized that if he continues to stay by ukes side he'll end up consuming all of his soul (because yaknow his shoulder still fucked from fragments) and kill him. So he tells the doctor to take care of him from now on. The doctor decides to lie to uke about cain leaving without leaving a message and whatnot and now uke is depressed thinking that cain just came to get some and then dipped. Cain goes on to defeat sid who is battling with himself. Apparently he (sid) made a deal with satan and so all those eyes and mouths are satans power that he gave sid as part of the deal. Sid was supposed to kill cain however he had no intention of doing so and now hes stalling for time for cain to regain his powers and for cain to kill him (because he wants cain to be the one to kill him). The last thing we see is him getting stabbed by cain and then him getting rekkt af. Idk if hes dead now but he might be so damn rekkt that he couldnt maintain his powers that were tying up yeong. Or he died and that why the power went away.
