Ya she mentioned before that Linden basically looses his mind due to guilt for killing Michael and his mom since they were technically brothers and even if he hated Michael’s mom he didn’t really hate Michael.. but I also think she could have handled it better too because it’s obviously hard for Linden to just be like “Oh ok I will forgive them since u said so” as if he hadn’t thought about revenge since his childhood.. I mean it did work out at the end but I think it would have been easier for Linden to cope with forgiveness if she had eased him into it since they got together.. it would have given him more time to adjust and think about it.. but I guess all’s well that ends well?

Dunno why it took me some time to realise that Elise is so set on stopping Linden from killing the empress and her associates is because she probably remembered how pained Linden was after he did so in the past^2 and so to prevent Linden from going through the same thing again she did what she did... I kinda get it but at the same time she could've probably handled it differently? I dunno dude
