Wait in the chapter 32 "the other person" / the one requestes it can choose whoever (himself or someone else). Thts why zeke thought that keira was the one that requested it coz she is the that remembered but it turned out to be other person.

I am also confused. Some spoiler says that dad was the one to ask the magician to turn back time and some spoiler says that brother as k for it. I believe it would be brother because in the previous timeline he knew that she is the real one but still he executed her.
There is a high chance that actually my memory is bad...
ok lemme gather my thoughts. so wat ik is that the dad(most likely) and anothe erson (the magician guy she met???) turned back time and chose her to retain memories I also saw spoilers that after Keira died, chaos happened which is why the dad wanted to turn back time, so hes just an asshole. He knew kiera was the real one but everything thought she was fake so he went along
