the scanlator didn't want his work uploaded on others sites therefore the fact that the chapter 27 is on mangago might has some consequences since now the scanlator is pissed, is that right?

I may be called an asshole for this, but isn't this much ado about nothing? =X I mean, ok, someone uploaded without permission and it was wrong, but is the scanlator REALLY COMPLETED SURE that they are going to get in trouble with the copyright thing because of this particular upload? (don't take me in the wrong way, I'm not a scanlator so i don't know how things work)

Its licensed so it goes under copyrights. So if the publisher (i mean the one that licensed the manga) Got to know who spread their licensed material, and theyve got a knack to sue, then they could sue like taking down the scantalator’s webpage. I dunno if they can sue the actual person, like the owner of the page in real life and if theres a jail thing or compensation fee.

Well we are already bad guys having to read the chapter on the net without paying for it (for whatever excuses) but if not posted here, atleast we have a translated monthly update to look forward to, but poof its gone
