so later on, (spoilers) the seme is obviously paranoid about the mc seeing other people because the mc was some type of male escort in the past. the mc gets pregnant and when he tells the seme, the seme coldy says to 'get rid of it.' he was pretty accusative, and slut shamed the mc. the seme 'sets up an appointment' for the abortion without fully confirming with the mc.
the mc's grandparent dies, and the mc is not even able to get a hold of his sister and figure out funeral arrangements. he deals with the whole thing alone.
the mc misses the abortion appointment.
fast forward several years, and the seme is quite unhappy. the mc has already had the child. when the seme runs into the kid on the street, and then sees who the little girl belongs to in the cafe the mc now owns, he becomes furious and attacks the mc (no right, if you ask me)
