Yes from what I understood. There was a plot hole that they didn't show. She would never give birth to a demon baby in the first place if she didn't wished for it since the demon baby is literally the mirror of the demons inside the coffin. The demon's body was cut up and distributed to 6(was it six..) different coffins.
So for sure she asked for a "baby" or 아이 to the demon first. Without giving exact details so when she gave birth the demon gave her a child. Demon baby. She went mad and made another wish to the demon saying she wants an heir, a male baby. The demon transformed the demon baby into male baby. It was the same one tho. It was never a normal baby to begin with as the baby never acter like one. All the baby does was mimic the baby girl's action.
The maid's lover was her only lover. They only love each other and dated each other. The duchess only had the duke as husband and lover too. The reason why the maid's lover died was because he revealed the secrets of the duchess to the duke.

She was scared of duke (?) *from what I understood* because she had to birth a son for heir. Now desperate right after giving birth she looked for the demon again and opened a casket. She wished for a "son" not just a child but a son who will become an heir and the demon granted it. The demon looking baby is now a complete replica of the baby girl. The male baby was a peculiar one and doesn't act like a real baby but mirrors the female baby's actions. They are not siblings. Johann was made from some form of demonic magic and she was a child of the duke and her mother.
Another birth secret was the walmart levi's birth.
After all shits happen, the maid that serves our FL now was her mother's servant. She fell in love with a man And was pregnant with that man's kid but that man almost revealed all the secrets of duchess including the summoning of demon. The duchess manipulated the duke and had the man she loves burned. She lost her baby out of stress and shit that happened. It's a wonder she still serves our FL after all things that duchess did to her. Thooo the secret was when the duchess gave birth to a third child with black hair, there's a female servant who got knocked by a monk and gave birth to a male baby at the same time. That's walmart levi. He's supposed to die when mother buried him alive but the maid saved him, killed the OG baby that duchess gave birth to, then switched them. I guess that's her revenge to the duchess because she lost her baby once and her love.
